Default New vinyl 'CF' wrapped grill piece

So after a few delays, I finally got the faux Mugen(Fauxgen?) grill piece put on. Doing the vinyl wrap on it was more difficult than they anticipated, so they had to outsource it to a shop that is more expereinced with it. They also found one of the LED lighs were not working, so I had them just hook up the four on the edges so it at least looks symetrical, at least untill I can source a replacement LED.

It's wired up so the lights come on whenever the key is in the 'On' position, though I did also have them install a switch so I can turn the lights off if I need to. I have also pulled the DRL fuse, so the highbeams will no longer light up as DRLs.

This is where I had the switch installed

And decided to have a little fun in taking some photos

Me looking all super serious

Looks great! Is there anything like this that doesn't look like it's cut for a front license plate? I love the way it makes the car look, but it looks like it's dying for a front plate.

I saw a few on ebay, but they don't have the lights and overall don't look as nice, I think. And yes, it does look rather odd without the front plates, but I'm in the process of getting some personalized plates to put on it.

That's what I was afraid of. I just personally don't like the looks of front plates on this car in particular. Probably just me though. Seems like too square/rigid of a shape to be on it.

Yep, it's the same as yours as far as I can tell, just with a vinyl wrap instead. Not sure which seller it was from as I got it from another member on the forum.

That would be me Sorry about the LED- I never hooked them up :/ iJDMToy has a "fisheye" light that might work, but you'd have to replace them all.
It looks like it came out pretty good Are you happy with the overall look?
Btw, the toggle switch seems a bit out of place I picked up a touch sensitive switch from Autozone that is piano black and looks like it might be a perfect fit in that spot and cost maybe $8 or so... Just a suggestion
