Default weird noises when on sport mode

When I accelerate it sounds like a weird robotic noise is that normal? I never noticed it until today.

Robotic?? I'll take a stab and say the IMA assist - A bit of a electric gen sound. But, need something a little more descriptive..

I say we need more descriptive information to even take a stab at guessing your issue. You say you are in sport mode. What transmission? Upon acceleration? During cruising? While changing gear on MT? Radio on/off?

+1. I would bring it back to the dealer have them check it out. Have them test drive with you and point out the noise.
