Default Disconnecting Battery Question

I had a small question on the battery, I am going to be wiring some LED strip lights for the engine bay and the grill. When I disconnect the battery to do this will this cause any issues once I reconnect it? cause anything to be reset or lost or something of that nature? just curious what others who have disconnected the battery have ran into?

Thanks,
-RaVen

I did disconnect many times.
Just unplug the negtive and temporarily wrap both sides.
After done your job and reconnect again,
you need to reset your pass code.
The Navi takes several back to resync.

I did not get into any problem.

^ hooloo is correct. once you reconnect the battery you will need to input the radio code.

Ok cool, I have the little card that has the radio code on it so I should be good. I just wanted to make sure I would not run into any other issues since I have to disconnect the battery to run a small power cable into batteries positive cable... thanks for the info
