Default Alternator or starter motor

Does the CRZ have an alternator or starter motor? Does the IMA motor handle all those functions?

Yep during my 21 questions while buying the car the dealer told me the IMA does the job of both now.

Yes.

Too bad we didn't get an electric a/c and pump. We could have done away with the accessory belt entirely.

The CRZ does have a starter motor for emergency. ie. your IMA system is messed up. At least I've read that here.
