I hear little clics

Hi,
i have noticed some little clics (i think i hear those from the rear, maybe exaust)
in a particular situation :
when going to redline in 2nd, switching to 3rd and then fully depress accelerator.

there for 1/4 sec i get some clics.

or staying in 3rd, fully depress accelerator, 4000rpm, release, then fully depress again

there for 1/4 sec i get some clics.

it is really short, and faint, need attention do hear, but it is there.

ideas ?
