Default DIY: Cusco Add-On Type Rear Sway Bar

While we were installing a set of sway bars, we took a little time to take some extra pictures. As a forum sponsor, we'd also like to do our parts and contribute to the community so we're writing up a DIY that should help provide a little insight into what's involved in installing a rear add-on type sway bar. The install is quite simple.

1. Pop off the plastic cover with by removing the push clip and one screw

Cover removed

2. Install the mounting brackets onto the lower arm.

3. Mount the bar onto the bracket.
4. Repeat on the other side but mount the bracket onto to the sway bar first before mounting to the car.

All done.

The Cusco rear sway bar quality is top notch. It fits perfectly. I could definitely feel the difference when driving as well.
