I think crzsuzuka is in Mie prefecture.

My family is from Mishima in Shizuoka, Setagaya in Tokyo and Yokohama in Kanagawa. However, I am state-side.

I wouldn't survive in Japan. Too many herbivores. It's sad.

I like to own a car and drive it. I work hard and play hard. I drink to get drunk. I don't dye my hair or go to salons.

Drive up to Atlanta and I will show you how to eat Japanese food. I'm not talking about teppan places. But more down to earth stuff.

A lot of foods in Japan are considered relatively new to Japan. Kind of how pizza and hot dogs are to us in the US.

Tempura is from Portugal, along with bread (called pan).
Ramen, shumai and gyoza are from China.
Sushi as you may know it is actually only 20 to 30 years old.
Salmon was not eaten uncooked until the 1980s. I know people who still won't eat uncooked salmon.
More traditional sushi is perhaps a bit over a hundred years old.
Rice itself was pretty scarce until the late 1940s.

There are already Japanese versions of pizza, spaghetti, hamburgers and other Western foods.

yeah right... my taste is VERY expensive haha... i don't do too much fast food... only when i'm in a rush and it's usually Wendy's if i do... my taste is for steaks and cheeses (almost anything with cheese haha)... and i can eat pasta's but they really do not excite my taste buds and don't satisfy me... so i stay away from those too...
