if it makes you feel better, dont know how it is by you in Danville (never heard of it) but the rain in So Cal isnt a problem for the CAI...in fact I drove it through heavy rainstorms in NC and twice during a hurricane out there where the rains heavier and heavier than anything I experienced in Cali...I was worried in that but did get it on lift later that day (was drivving to the shop on base) and the CAI was completely dry...its relatively in a safe spot...I am sure Romiata will agree with me on that...but yeah at first I was worried and nervous but after a few rain trips all my worries were gone just long you dont nose dive in a puddle...which reminds me of this youtube clip lol..always laugh at it =P but dont take my advice as professional, its just what I experienced in rain, and maybe I just been lucky, but I have no issues here.

I actually forgot I put the cover on my grill. Time to go cut it off. And maybe install my RSB and hood shocks when I get home :-)
