Default Any Recommendations for an Intake?

AEM, Injen, K&N,....etc? Want something with a legitimate hp increase. willing to spend 3 to $400. HKS makes great products but they seem pricey. I have previously used K&N but was on a much larger engine with a considerable amount of power to start with(5.7 HEMI). Any input on past experiences with any of these products would be greatly appreciated. P.S. Anybody know anything about Weapon R products? look forward to everyones opinions. 2011 crz ex nav. Again , Thanks Everyone.

Do a quick search, it's been discussed on a couple threads already.

Welcome to the site

everyone seems to like the K&N intake:

K&N 69 Series Typhoon Kit - Honda CR-Z

not a whole lot of gains but you can't expect much out of a 1.5 with just bolt-ons. I'm also a fan of the HKS parts especially the HKS intake since it comes with a little plaque for the engine, check out our CR-Z section we have a wide variety and if you see something you want but we don't have let me know and I'll look it up for you

This and This... Havn't seen any others with the option to switch from CAI to SRI. and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the sound and how responsive it is.

Dude you're not going to see HP gains unless you swap out the engine; you will see hp getting 'freed up' because the OEM intake chokes the engine. You can thank CARB for that. You'll see better throttle response and slight fuel economy increase because the engine breaths better with the SRI. CAI has the hydrolock risk so unless it's bone dry where you live, the SRI is the way to go imho.

$223, free shipping, can't beat it.

Ours is Modular, meaning if you buy the CAI, it is also an SRI. So you can run both
