KamiSpeed-Anyone else experience this? - Honda CRZ Forum: Honda CR-Z Hybrid Car Forums

I placed an order with them on 8/30/11 for the K&N Typhoon intake. I was promptly informed that they would not receive shipment from K&N until 9/16/11 for this item, which was fine. But as of this date (9/29/11) I still haven't received my order, and have not received any reply to my emails. To make matters worse, when I try to phone I get a message that says "..message #8007", and then I am disconnected.

I am beginning to get a little frustrated at this point. If anyone else has experienced this issue, or if someone from Kami reads this, please let me know what's going on.

UPDATE:..I was finally able to contact them regarding this issue and was informed that the item I ordered was delayed and should ship next week around 10/3/11 or so. All is well

Just called them for GP, got a rep on the 5th ring. Looks like they dont open until 10AM EST.

Mine took about a week and a half to come in it was out of stock.

KamiSpeed is awesome. Never had any trouble reaching them by e-mail or pm. They also ship super fast as long as they have stuff in stock. Just wanted to drop that in here so people don't think badly of them.
