Roof Rack

Anyone have an experience adding one to the CR-Z? I have a kayak I wanna port around. I was pointed to THULE, and it seems its posible... Didnt really get the information I wanted however.

By typing roof rack into the search box I got a whole page worth of hits. It's been discussed quite a bit. There is an OEM roof rack, but it is no longer available on the US market due to lack of "do not smash hatch into roof rack" sticker.
