Default Custom cat-delete

As promised. Here is MY version of P2R's cat-delete. Made out of aluminized tubing, NOT galvanized. Welds are solid, new gaskets, flanges, bolts. Even put a coat of silver on after i was done. Car still sounds stock and it seems i picked up a little more MPG is what i was looking for. I'm going to bring it to my buddies dyno shop and do a before and after as well.

This pipe is done on a crush bender using 2 1/2 inch piping. degrees are so small there is no benefit to mandrel on this car. I will prove it next week on the dyno as well. Enjoy the pictures. I'm just showing the community how spending $250 on the P2R one is a waste of money. If there's enough interest, i can make these for you guys and become a vendor. About 100 dollars less than the P2R one as well....

Enjoy the pics for now. No issues with driving, no CEL, and it gets up to speed a little easier.

Thanks guys. Imagine what i could contribute to if i had the tools and machines to make other things. lol.

I put 100 miles on this setup today. No issues. I like it!

Im waiting on my vendor to get more flanges in to make more. Id have to have people interested before spending an entire weekend making them one by one. Thanks for looking.

produce a few and i am sure you will sell them. i am looking for one that has slightly better quality than the P2R and this one certainly looks better.

Yea, im gonna make a few next saturday and see if any interest is there. Ill probably sell them for 160 including the parts and free shipping. i can also get stainless, and also do it in mandrel bending aswell, along with polishing it, but would have to sell it for 300 to make anything off of it since nothing is big scale. 160 for this shipped is a fair price. It SHOULD be what P2R's sell for.... unless anyone is going big scale car shows with mirrors under the car, this will serve the purpose just fine and will fit in almost everyones price range easier than the other one.

Who knows. Im getting a shipment of flanges friday. If no one PM's me or shows interest in this thread i wont make any. I only did it because i was really not liking the other one being offered. Hell, ill even throw in a 1 year warranty!

I am interested in this also, especially for $160 shipped Im in without a doubt.

I have not seen the P2R up close to compare quality but that was the route I was planning to go.

My only concern with yours would be the fitment if I am correct to assume that each one will be basically hand made and welded. Will there be some sort of fixture used to ensure a quality standard is met for fitment if you do produce them?

Sure. I refuse to use a die or stand. each one would be physically hand made on the car. each part shipped would be unbolted from the car knowing without a doubt there was no issues. there is nothing worse than getting a part that dosnt line up perfectly after spending on hour on jack stands in your driveway. lol...IVE BEEN THERE!
