We now know that the 2010 Fit manifold fits. Does the throttle body fit as well.
We could be boring these out.

Not sure if the fit throttle body is direct swap but I assume since it bolts to the intake chamber and we can swap those out we could swap the throttle body but the fit uses a smaller throttle body so there's .o point really

If it works, maybe you(b-rad) and I can split the cost of a fit one so that we can have something to keep on the car while it gets sent out for boring. LMK if you're interested.

That sounds like an idea I still want confermation on boring a throttle body because I've talked to iLL and king about it and both said it can be done but won't run right and the reason is because the sensor has to be recalibrated and spoon and j's do this but you can't adjust it with flash pro but that is going off the 8th civic which is dbw also maybe our car will be different

I was think about Junk Yard Fits that are probably more common than CR-Zs. I could score a throttle body and intake plenum. Send out the throttle body to get bored and all the time still be driving my car.

The Fit TB is a slightly different part #, so I'm guessing it is slightly different alltogether. Buying a Fit TB "just to have it bored-out" seems like an incredible waste of money to me.

A rental car for a week while your TB is out getting bored seems cheaper to me...
