Default Eibach CR-Z

We received a CR-Z from Honda back in July and we're slowly building it up for SEMA. We'll also be using this car for product development and and ocassional track. I'll post updates here as they come as things are starting to snowball pretty quickly now that SEMA is just around the corner. Some of you may have seen this on Honda-Tech but I wanted to post this on a more CR-Z specific site.

As of right now we have springs, sway bars and mono-tube coilovers in development for this car.

Here's the CR-Z the day it arrive to in July.

Update on page 6:
Hasport installs K24 engine for us!

Not much has been done to add power as of yet. Here's prototype intake we had made by our friends at K&N. Also, is a shot of one of our engineers test fitting our prototype monotube coilover.

i really like that intake. its got a nice heatshield on it. My only concern is that the heatsield looks too tight around the filter. Air would only be sucking through the top and the front a little bit. Possibly a larger diameter heatshield would be ideal. Then again it's a prototype. Looks good nonetheless!

The stock intake is located at that location and seems to have an area where air is pushed in from the outside of the car to that location already.

Here's a shot of the coilovers installed. This was right before it left to get a roll bar designed and C-West aero kit fitted. The car has been gone for a couple of weeks already but we should be getting her back this afternoon.

Also a shot of the Mugen wing we're going to install. We had this wing overnight from Mugen Japan. Don't mind the Andre Agassi look a like posing next to it.
