it is most likely that the ballast has crapped out.
xentec are the crappiest hids you can buy in the market.. aka ebay product, i recommend buying hid kits with a reputable brand. I had xentec when i first had the car, when i installed them i can see that the hids would not be stable but slight flicker. After 3 weeks my left side failed..
