Default xentec HID Fog issue..

I have a xentec slim ballast HID kit for the crz.. anyway I installed these a few weeks before i went to ohio to pick up my s2000, i was gone for about a week and when i came back they would not turn on. I just took the bumper off and checked connections and the bulbs. Everything seems ok.. any suggestions? not sure if the ballasts went bad but that seems odd they would both go at the same time?

it is most likely that the ballast has crapped out.
xentec are the crappiest hids you can buy in the market.. aka ebay product, i recommend buying hid kits with a reputable brand.
I had xentec when i first had the car, when i installed them i can see that the hids would not be stable but slight flicker. After 3 weeks my left side failed..

When you checked the connectors, did you use a test light?
