0-60 is a really garbage indicator of car performance for a daily driven car. The CRZ was given a 8.3 by motor trend. The best I can get using my phone as a timer is 8.5.
That being said the CRZ tops out in 2nd at 55-57ish mph. You have to shift to 3rd to get to 60 and that completely ruins the time. If the car was chipped to red out at 6750 you would probably be looking at 7.9/8 flat.
Edit: The reason 0-60 is pointless is you rarely get to just 0-60 the car. Merging onto a local highway is usually more of a 20-50 accel and a freeway is usually 20/30 to 60/75 depending on how you drive. Get in the car and test it. If its one thing I've learned through 5 cars and 10 nearly 15 years of driving. It doesn't really matter what the mags say. My sentra SER got crap reviews and I loved it.
