I hope it is. Honda is dealing with front MacPherson strut and rear torsion beam.

According to UK Honda web site.
0-62mph
CR-Z 9.9sec
5 door Civic 1.8L 8.9sec
That's a bit disappointing. With 1.5L engine + IMA and lighter weight, I thought it would keep up with a 1.8L Civic. Now, I wish it does better in real life.
