Do they really not fit back on there after installing the chin spoiler? It seems that there not in the way when installing them

The install is planned for this Sunday and my buddy has looked at the directions provided by Varg (thanks again Varg!) and he thinks he'll be able to do the install w/o removing the bumper but he said if see's something that might cause a problem, well, the bumper is coming off. I also wish I had the extra money to get this too:

I like how this looks and it eliminates some of the honeycomb crap too, very had to clean those areas. Seeing as how the Honda chin spoiler has the faux carbon fiber look I could have this wrapped to match that piece, I think it would look pretty good but the bumper does have to come off for this install, oh well, if I get it down the road I'll worry about it then. Could do w/o those LEDs but there's really nothing else to go into those holes
