Hmm... just a few bolt on's and mine is over 130hp (10 more than you say the cr-z would max out at)... Some parts of what you're saying I'll agree with. I don't think there's a ton more room for improvement on the motor without changing internals, but there is room. Plus I'm still running at 40mpg with 130hp. Bore over the throttle body and pick up a Hondata and it should be close to 140. Is it a huge improvement? No, but it is an improvement over stock and makes the car a bit more fun to drive. Would I spend the stupid asking price on the Mugen S/C, nope, but to each their own. Yes a Camaro may be the same price and quicker, but look at the difference in mileage or the lack of style or lack of uniqueness with the Camaro. Also look at the depreciation of that same Camaro. It drops quicker than the cr-z as well. It's ridiculous the amount of Camaros on the street. I'd rather be in the cr-z because I rarely see them. There's pluses and minuses with going any route. The people on here are trying to improve upon their cars the way they see fit, why knock them down for that? And just so you know I've got a Chevy in the garage as well, so it's not like I don't care for Chevy.
