If, during econ you had it in cruise (not sure if you're able to on the commute), you'll see 40-45ish, if not higher. Same if you have a sensitive foot, lower if it's stop and go.
I know that's not picture proof, but it's my real world experience. And I drive my car pretty spiritedly.
